Beginning Spring 2020, we partnered with municipalities and community partners to offer Free WiFi access at various locations throughout our service territory. We understand that high-speed internet access is critical for online learning and work from home situations, and we are thrilled to see people use these resources.
This is a notice that the free public WiFi access locations will be temporarily offline. The WiFi access points will be down for a short time to serve the Baseball Hall of Fame 2021 Induction Ceremony. MIDTEL’s participation in this event allows us to fund the free WiFi locations, and we apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
We are pleased to announce that public WiFi will return by the end of September to continue to serve you and the community.
