We have recently found after thorough testing and troubleshooting on multiple customer issues, there is a problematic device called a SuperBox, which is a “free-streaming” device that allows users to stream TV Shows and Movies for free, but at the cost of their home internet performance. In our research and testing, we found that this device consumes as much Upload internet speed as it possibly can, which causes the customer to have no internet, buffering, lag, etc. If you have this type of device in your home or business and are experiencing any internet issues, please try disconnecting this device temporarily to see if service improves.
