For over 20 consecutive years, MIDTEL and its employees have been commended by the New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) for providing high quality telephone service, and that commendation continued in 2016. Annually, the PSC recognizes telecommunications providers that consistently provide high levels of service and quality to their customers. The criteria for these commendations include an evaluation of customer trouble report rates and a low number of consumer complaints received by the PSC.
