Q: Is there a charge to change my PIC (Primary Interexchange Carrier) from my current carrier to MTLD?
A: No, MTLD is paying for the PIC change charge for new Dime Anytime Plan subscribers.

Q: What are the per-call and monthly charges?
A: Each call is only 10 cents per minute anytime, anywhere in the Domestic USA. After the first whole minute, you will be billed in 6-second increments. For example, a call that is 1 minute 30 seconds long would equal 15 cents, not 20 cents. There is also a small monthly charge of $1.95 to be on the Dime Anytime Plan.

Q: Will I be billed separately?
A: No. Your calls will be included on your monthly Middleburgh Telephone Company bill.

Q: If I don't want to pay the monthly $1.95 charge, what else is available?
A: Our original plan of 11 cents per minute is still available.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: If you are already a customer you can sign up for either plan by calling us at (518) 827-5211.
     If you need to sign up with MTLD to be your carrier, there are a couple of forms to sign. We can mail or email the forms to you upon request by calling (518) 827-5211.

Q: What's the fine print?
A: The Dime Anytime Plan is available to residential and business customers contingent upon a credit check.
